Shinnosuke Nohara, affectionately known as Shin-chan, is a 5-year-old boy who lives in Japan, in the city of Kasukabe in Saitama Prefecture with his parents: Hiroshi Nohara and Misae Nohara, and his sister Himawari. Nohara. With his friends he lives adventures, whether in kindergarten, at home or in the play areas. He is quite mischievous despite the fact that he sometimes performs the things that he observes to the elders and repeats them without shame.

Action Mask's 'Action Stone' has been robbed by Leotard Devil. Without the Action Stone, he can't go to his world. So he chooses Shin-chan and his family to get back his stone through the Action Card numbered 99 (the most precious card in the whole set of choco chips.) According to the plan of Action Mask and Ririko, they make Shin-chan's family to move to a beach so they can make them travel to the parallel world so they could help them to defeat the Leotard Devil (Higure Rakshas in India).
Shin-chan (Shinnosuke) wins in a lottery where he gets a chance to visit the Buri Buri Kingdom, in the Buri Buri island. But the real motive was to get the Power from the Buri Buri Kingdom. In their religion, it is said that when there are two people who are like twins, they can get the wealth which is hidden in the Buri Buri Kingdom.The movie starts when one boy named Sunchan (Sunnokeshi) gets kidnapped by some Buri Buri men. This was in a kingdom in the Middle East.
The Futaba Kindergarten kids are so excited for their trip to the Henderland amusement park, but Shin-chan soon learns there are evil forces at play!
One day Shin-chan on his way back found a ball near a river and brought it home. Himawari saw that ball and swallowed it as she loves shining things. Later it was known that it was a mysterious ball that belonged to Devil Jack and two gangs for which they were fighting with each other for getting the ball. It was considered that they could win the world with that ball by releasing the Devil Jack. Himawari was kidnapped by the king Jed, but later she was released. Devil Jack was accidentally released by Shin-chan.
Shin-chan and his parents including Shiro along with his friends and families go on a cruise to for several days to meet Action Mask (the actor). But a group of monkeys raid the ship and all the middle aged men and women who boarded the ship above 18 years are taken to an island at night.
Shinnosuke and his family attend a convention that dates back to the 20th century. Even though adults like Hiroshi and Misae are filled with fascination and excitement, children like Shin and Himawari are disinterested and concerned for their parent's nostalgia. As this goes on, Ken and Chaco (the owners of the convention) discuss plans to "rid of the smell of the 21st century." This takes into effect during the night as Hiroshi and Misae suddenly sleeps for the night.
Shin-chan and his friends discover an abandoned movie theater where some sort of western film is being displayed to an empty room. Shinnosuke's friends mysteriously disappear thus making the Nohara family start searching for them at the location they were last seen. While looking for the other kids, the Noharas inexplicably find themselves taken into the movie being exhibited.
Dark Lord of the Don Kurai dark world was plotting to try to dominate the human world. You have to know the dark legend of the "Hero" and the darkness Uchiharau as well as the "three treasures" one of which is the "tak of copper" that got stolen. A man who knew the plot of the dark lord is sent to the human world while trying to take the "shield of silver" and "golden spear" treasures of the remaining two.
In the story, Shin-chan and the Kasukabe Defence Group members were supposed to go to the B-class Gourmet Carnival. But, just then, a mysterious person asked Shin-chan to deliver a sauce to the carnival. But, that sauce was the only legendary sauce which could save B-class gourmet, which would otherwise get eradicated if fallen into the evil hands, and only A-class gourmet would remain. Will the mischievous kindergartener Shin-chan and his friends really be able to deliver the sauce safely to the carnival and save the world's B-grade cuisine?

One day, the Nohara family met a mysterious alien from outer space named Shiriri. On being basked by a ray emitted by Shiriri, Hiroshi and Misae became 25 years younger and appeared as kids. To be able to return into adult form, they must find Shiriri's father, who is somewhere in Japan. This situation, which initially started with Shinnosuke's family and later his friends, gradually involves the entire of Japan.
In this movie, Shin-chan is all set to challenge Kung Fu in the Chinatown of Kasukabe city, known as "Aiyā Town" (アイヤータウン). 結婚当時ハネムーンに行かなかったひろしとみさえは、しんのすけたちと一緒にオーストラリアへ行く。浮かれ気分でハネムーンを楽しむ野原一家を待っていたのは、なぜかお宝の重要な鍵となってしまったひろしを狙う正体不明の仮面族や各国のトレジャーハンターだった。そしてしんのすけたちも、ひろしを奪還するため戦いに参加する。
