It has been 2 years since the events of the episode "List of Trailer Park Boys episodes#Specials", and Ricky (Robb Wells), Julian (John Paul Tremblay) and Bubbles (Mike Smith (actor)) are finally released from prison. Upon returning to Sunnyvale Trailer Park, Bubbles finds that all of his kittens have been sent to an animal shelter and that he will need to pay thousands of dollars in order to have them released; secondly, Ricky and Julian successfully rob a liquor store, but Julian uses all the money to buy a car and refurbish his trailer into an Automobile repair shop. Ricky's plan is to pass his Grade 12 exam, which he feels will open doors of opportunity for him.
Out of jail and broke, Julian concocts an outrageously greasy scheme to get rich and, to make it even greasier, he will have to deliver his product to his arch-enemy, Cyrus, who’s waiting in Montreal to close the dirty deal. Meanwhile, Ricky’s dope growing business is under a major threat when the government announces a plan to legalize marijuana. Bubbles reluctantly joins them on his own quest to claim an inheritance left to him by his long-lost parents.
Nova Scotia's favorite miscreants have always been super sketchy. Now, carrying on from the Trailer Park Boys (2001) Season 12 finale, the boys have become complete cartoons.
It's been peaceful and tranquil in Sunnyvale Trailer Park lately, but that's because The Boys aren't there. Ricky, Julian, and Bubbles are back...in JAIL.
It has been one year since the boys have become rich. Julian decided to keep the money safe, but when it comes time for everyone to get their share, the money is lost forever.
