'빅토리'는 1999년도 남쪽 끝 거제도에서 춤에 대한 열정 하나로 댄서 외길 인생을 걸어온 필선이 서울에서 전학 온 세현으로 인해 치어리딩에 눈을 뜨고, 개성 강한 오합지졸 팀원 8명을 모아 거제도 명물 응원팀으로 거듭나는 거제상고 세기말 치어리딩팀 '밀레니엄 걸즈'의 이야기를 그린다.
