Simone fa il cameriere su una carrozza ristorante e serve i piatti casalinghi che prepara il cuoco Rocco. Simone ha un problema piuttosto serio ha fatto l'amore con Silvia in macchina, senza preservativo e ora Silvia aspetta un bambino. Lei fa di tutto per non abortire, mentre lui tenta di convincerla del contrario. Angosciato Simone assiste alle varie storie che si intrecciano sul treno.
