Çocukluk arkadaşı üç gençten Ferdi yaptıkları soygun sonucu hapse düşmeden önce paraları arkadaşlarına bırakır. Tahliye olduğunda ilk işi uğruna hapse düştüğü arkadaşlarını bulup hissesini almaktır fakat hiç bir şey umduğu gibi olmaz. Çok sevdiği arkadaşı paraları geri vermez, üstelik Ferdi’nin sevgilisi Türkan’ı da uyuşturucuya alıştırmıştır. Ferdi, sevgilisini kurtarmak ve parasını geri almak için and içer.
