Eloy es un oficial notificador del Poder Judicial. Se dedica a repartir papeles que le informan a los afectados el estado de un caso judicial. Diariamente, Eloy reparte unas 100 notificaciones; cada día, entra en contacto con 100 historias y 100 vidas. Lejos de la joven promesa que solía ser, Eloy es hoy un empleado público alienado, abatido e insensible. Hasta que una serie de eventos lo van guiando hacia el fondo de la Ciudad y hacia lo más profundo de su vida.
