Alcune donne che provengono quasi tutte dal Sudamerica vivono a Roma lavorando, chi come badante chi come domestica. Sono tutte molto appassionate di calcio ed è proprio osservandole durante le partite del "Trofeo Las Leonas" che si capiscono tanti aspetti della loro vita privata, del loro modo di essere, di ciò che sognano per il futuro.
