تقع الفتاة الفقيرة طالبة كلية الطب في حب زميلها الثري الذي لا يشعر بها ويستهين بمشاعرها في البداية، ليقع في حبها بعد أن يرى صدق مشاعرها نحوه، ويطلب منها الزواج، لكن هناك من يقف لهما بالمرصاد ليفسد تلك الزيجة.
