검도 국가대표 최종 엔트리에 오르기 위해 서바이벌 과정을 거쳐 선발된 재우는 그곳에서 어린 시절 형을 죽인 태수를 만난다. 태수를 경쟁자로 맞이하지만 태수는 무적이다. 태수가 평화롭게 지내는 모습에, 태수를 이기지 못하는 모습은 재우를 끊임없이 숨 막히게 한다. 훈련이 끝나갈 무렵, 재우는 불안해지며 마음속 깊은 곳에서부터 감정이 폭발하기 시작한다.
