故事是讲桃花三忍者的老大跟日本公主私奔并生下主角，后由于日本宫廷斗争，忍者集团全面出动，追杀公主及其可能继位的少主儿子。鬼面忍者就是主角的老爹，戴着铁面具，他被忍者集团的首领用某种药物控制了。忍者集团的首领用两柄金锤，号称“双贺贯天锤”，他和鬼面忍者并称是最强的忍者。主角修行了日本武功“迷踪七番天”以后，和他老妈日本公主、老爹鬼面忍者以及女主角几个人合力对抗双贺贯天锤，最后打败了他。
