北方城市无业青年丁健应朋友老邱和张燕之邀来到广州。在神通广大的李白玲的策划下，他们以卖车为名骗的巨款。丁健觉得自己被李白玲看穿了。丁健和老邱去和港商做走私彩电生意，被骗。愤怒的丁健因打伤了港商的帮凶而被关进拘留所。后来才得知是李白玲在幕后坑了大家。李白玲喜欢丁健的真挚，可又不得不伤害他。在丁健眼里她就是一个橡皮人。丁健将李白玲给的摩托车从楼顶扔下，看着摩托车带着他的幻想一同消失，他凄然微笑……
