樋口由香（小芝風花）は、加賀温泉にある老舗旅館「ひぐち」の一人娘。小学校の時に見たタップダンスに魅了され、上京してタップダンサーを目指したものの現実はうまくはいかず、夢を諦めて実家に戻って女将修行を始めることに。何をやっても不器用な由香は女将修行に苦戦するものの、持ち前の明るさとガッツで奮闘する。そんななか、加賀温泉を盛り上げるためのプロジェクトが発足し、由香は新米女将たちを集めてタップダンスのイベントを開催することになるが……。
