핼리혜성이 지구에 접근하는 시기, 우주 악당 무스탕이 지구로 잠입한다. 지구의 방위망은 어느 천재 소녀가 통제하고 있고 무스탕은 이 소녀를 암살하고 지구를 정복하려는 계략을 꾸미고 있다. 무스탕의 공격으로 혼수상태에 소녀가 혼수상태에 빠지자, 다이야트론 5 특공대는 베어 박사가 만든 마이크로 광선을 맞고 축소되어 소녀의 몸속에 들어가 세균들과 맞서 싸운다.
