Iggy is the cousin and henchmen of President Koopa. After evolution, his cousin, Spike, refers to him as Ignatius. Iggy is based on the Koopaling Iggy Koopa. While the names are similar, the only thing the two have in common is the fact that he is a high-ranking minion of King Koopa.
