The Delta Force

Lorsqu'un avion de tourisme américain est détourné sur Beyrouth par de dangereux terroristes, le président des Etats-Unis n'a qu'une solution: faire appel à la Delta Force, une équipe de commando super entraînée emmenée par le Major Scott Mc Coy et le colonel Nick Alexander. L'équipe parvient rapidement à libérer les otages. Mais la mission n'est pas terminée pour autant car un petit groupe de passagers a été conduit à Téhéran. Commence alors pour Mc Coy et Alexander une épuisante course contre la montre pour tenter de sauver les otages et venger l'honneur des Etats-Unis avant qu'il ne soit trop tard !

Als ein amerikanisches Passagierflugzeug nach Beirut entführt wird, entschließt sich der US-Präsident zum Einsatz der Delta Force, einem Spezialkommando unter Führung von Colonel Nick Alexander (Lee Marvin) und Major Scott McCoy (Chuck Norris). Trotz minimaler Erfolgsaussichten stürzen sich die Männer in den Kampf und befreien die Geiseln. Aber damit ist ihre Mission noch nicht beendet, denn die Entführer wollen einige Passagiere nach Teheran bringen. So beginnt ein verzweifelter Wettlauf gegen die Zeit: Alexander und McCoy versuchen die Geiseln zu retten, bevor es zu spät ist...

Amikor egy amerikai utasszállító gépet mindenre elszánt palesztin gépeltérítők szereznek meg, az Elnök behívja a kommandósok elsőszámú csapatát, a Delta Kommandót. Az elitalakulatot Nick Alexander ezredes vezeti, és Scott McCoy őrnagy az egyik legjobb katonája. Látszólag nem sok esélyük van a győzelemre, ám ők mégis legyőzik az akadályokat, és kiszabadítják a túszokat. Az akció itt azonban még nem ér véget. A túszejtők néhány utast átvisznek Teheránba. Elszánt verseny kezdődik hát az idővel, ahogy Alexander és McCoy megpróbálja megmenteni őket - és Amerika becsületét, mielőtt még késő lenne.

A 707 aircraft jetliner, en route from Athens to Rome and then to New York City, is hijacked by Lebanese terrorists, who demand that the pilot take them to Beirut. What the terrorists don't realize is that an elite team of commandos have been called in to eliminate all terrorists on the jetliner.
