UFOブームの熱気に浮かされる桃次郎は、夜の国道で宇宙人と見まごう美女えり子と遭遇、たちまち一目惚れしてしまった。元トラック野郎の詐欺師・玉三郎が彼女と幼なじみだと知った桃次郎は、現役に復帰したがっていた彼を助手に雇い、仲を取り持つという約束を取り付ける。玉三郎の手引きでえり子に再会した桃次郎は、イルカ調教師という彼女と親しくなろうと、カナヅチも顧みず積極的にアタックを繰り返す。
