After losing his job and his girlfriend, an ordinary worker becomes a star pimp in Hong Kong.

保险公司经纪朱日雄为人老实，可惜被友人整蛊，害得他丢了工作，又由于女友身怀有孕，急需筹钱结婚，于是在同学姑爷仔Dick的介绍下，当公寓管房。在一次警方放蛇行动中，由于朱的小聪明，巧妙地避过捉拿，集团大哥于是下令皇牌马夫Billy将旗下私钟妹转给朱。Billy当然心有不甘，于是只把质素差的笪妹给朱，谁知朱与笪妹竟然把生意搞得有声有色，风头远远凌驾于Billy之上。具质素的私钟妹都纷纷转投于朱的门下，朱更将业务企业化，利用电脑经营，既可减少被警方放蛇的机会，又可促进业务，朱的生意由此蒸蒸日上。Billy心有不甘，于是着人伏击朱。回家后，朱发觉储存资料的电脑已被破坏，事件为笪妹所悉，认为必是Billy所为，于是利用本身的本钱，着大哥教训Billy一顿，令他威风尽失。
