Après la mort de sa femme, qu'il adorait, Lucien s'est enfermé dans l'amertume. Suzanne et Marie, ses filles aujourd'hui adolescentes, se sont débrouillées pour grandir sans lui. Quand Lucien découvre que Marie a un amant, il entre dans une colère terrible. Marie fait ses bagages et s'enfuit...

It is the story of a father and his two daughters, Marie and Suzanne. The mother had the bad idea of dying early. The father has a mission: to raise his two daughters despite the loss of the only woman he will ever love. He is inconsolable. And the daughters are watching, taking care of him. And he gives change during all those years of childhood. And it's still a small idea of happiness, it's love in spite of everything that makes these lives hold the shock. Exclusive love that is bathed in a little crazy atmosphere. And the girls grow up.
