Anna wakes up in an unknown room, on a remote island of which she has no memory. In front of her there are kind faces that speak to her and look after her but that she doesn't recognize. Anna is forced to relearn everything about herself, her husband and her life. When two disfigured individuals arrive on the island, there is a violent confrontation and Anna realizes that the human species is close to extinction.
