Nasser Seif

An Egyptian actor, born on March 5, 1960 in Al-Manshiyya Al-Jadida district in the city of Al-Mahalla Al-Kubra in Gharbia Governorate. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts, specializing in acting and directing. His artistic talent appeared since childhood, as his father enrolled him in the private theater of the spinning and weaving company in Al-Mahalla, where he excelled in his work, and this encouraged directors and writers to use him in some simple works as a test of his artistic and memorization skills. At the age of thirteen, he played a small role in the religious series "Mohammed, Messenger of God to the World". In the early 1980s, Saif participated in small roles in television dramas. Among the most famous series he participated in are: "Al-Hubb wa Ashya' Akhara" (Love and Other Things) in 1987, "Shari' Al-Mawaredi" in 1993, "Umm Kulthum" in 1999, "Qasim Amin" in 2002, "Al-'Andaleeb" (The Nightingale) in 2006, "Qissah Hubb" (A Love Story) in 2010, and "Dhata" in 2013. Saif also participated in several movies, including the famous ones: "Malf Fi Al-Adab" (A File in Ethics) in 1985, "Al-Tareeq Ila Eilat" (The Road to Eilat) in 1993, "Nasser 56" in 1996, and "Al-Safah" (The Butcher) in 2009.
