Sophia Medley was born on August 9, 1982 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She attended St. Mary-of-the-Woods College for a B.A. in Music. She married retired professional cyclist Tom Soladay in 2014 and they have one son together. She is an actor known for Sexpectations TV Series (2019), Interpreters (2019, Dinner with the Alchemist (2016), and Haze (2016).
