Robert Lieibmann became a well-known screenwriter in the 20s with such films as The Love Waltz (1930), Congress Dances (1931) and Blued Angel (1931). While living in France Robert Liebmann became one of the millions of European Jews to vanish under Nazi tyranny during the Second World War.
