نشأت (جميلة) في منزل عمها وفي وسط زوجته وابنته ، وعلى الرغم من فقدان والديها وترعرعها في منزل رجل حاقد متعجرف طمع وحب المال والنفوذ ، إلا أنها تعلمت الصبر والصبر. مصبوغة بالحب والحنان .. الأيام أبعدتها عن (آدم) رفيق طفولتها الذي أجبره والده على الزواج من امرأة ثرية لتحقيق اهتماماته وطموحاته الشخصية ، فالقدر يريد الأيام أن تجمعهم. مرة أخرى ، لكن نضال وجشع الوالدين حالا دون اتصالهما مرة أخرى.
