今年6月のAKB48「32ndシングル選抜総選挙」にて、第1位の栄冠を勝ち取ってからの初の冠番組。本番組の構成・演出を手掛けるのは、『勇者ヨシヒコ』シリーズや指原莉乃とのタッグで話題を呼んだ『ミューズの鏡』の監督：福田雄一。翻弄される関係者たちをよそに、各所で波乱を巻き起こしながら進行していく、リアル（？）・ドキュメント・バラエティです。初回放送では、写真集を出したいと言いだす指原。果たしてその行方は！？
