Tina and Tony decide that their neighbors’ lives are too boring, and take it upon themselves to fix that. They put on clown suits, adopt the clown names Tono and Tino, and throw themselves into bringing some variety to the measured life of their village. But it seems like their performances achieving quite the opposite result. Will they be able to turn the situation around?
