時下「潮人」凡事講求自由、即興，討厭「死板」、規律的東西，於是Pop Up活動或「快閃」文化越來越盛行。為了減低成本及有效吸引人潮，越來越多活動單位、品牌、餐廳響應「快閃」文化，以富有趣味的營運方式設立「快閃活動」、「快閃店」、「快閃食物車」等，利用「突如其來的事物特別矜貴」的心態，成功引來不俗的迴響。 主持梁芷珮(Christy)對美食情報或Pop Up活動觸覺敏銳，今次設立《快閃廚房》，不但帶大家直擊各式各樣Pop Up活動現場，瞭解活動盛況，還會找來「廚藝達人」、「甜品達人」合作，挑戰突擊「美食任務」，如跟隨廚師在時裝店內即興設立“Pop Up Kitchen”、追蹤廚師在餐廳的一天工作、為車會製作具代表性的3D蛋糕等等。 當中亦不得不提一個「星級」任務，Christy誠邀甜品師製作獨一無二的3D立體蛋糕，並登上樂壇新貴鄭俊弘(Fred)演唱會舞台，為Fred送上驚喜！
