시베리아 툰드라는 혹독한 추위 속에서 전통적 방식으로 살고 있는 네네츠족의 고향이다. 10년 전 2010년, 우리는 그 곳에서 7-8살이었던 네네츠족 아이들을 만났다. 그리고 10년 후, 이제 10대 후반이 된 툰드라 아이들은 어떻게 살고 있을까? 10년 만에 다시 만난 아이들은 졸업 후 도시에서 살지, 툰드라로 돌아갈지 고민하고 있다. 10년 동안 툰드라는 기후변화와 가스개발로 급격히 변하고 있다. 과연 아이들의 선택은 무엇일까? 전작인 에서 툰드라 대자연의 이야기가 그려졌다면, 이번 방송에서는 툰드라를 지키고자 하는 툰드라 아이들의 감동적인 이야기가 펼쳐진다.
