The reality based game show starts out with 45 females that try out to become the all american girl. In the first episode the field of 45 is cut down to 15 by means of a talent show competition and and obstacle course. At the talent show and obstacle course, three coaches (Geri Halliwell, John Salley, Suzanne de Passe) decide who the 15 finalist should be.
