妻を亡くし、高校生の娘と小学生の息子を男手ひとつで育てるシングルファーザー・猪狩喜介。仕事や家事、育児に追われる日々の中、次々とトラブルが発生し、途方に暮れる喜介の前に未来から来たもう一人の自分が現れる。自宅の庭に出現したタイムマシンを使い、同じ一日を何度もやり直しながら、家族や同僚の危機を救おうと奮闘する。タイムトラベルを通して家族の失われた時間と向き合う、愛と再生のコメディードラマ。
