尚利锋酒店集团由两兄弟官孝贤（张智霖饰）与官孝君（吴卓羲饰）共同执掌，二人同为集团的最高领导层，但长期明争暗斗，各怀心思。孝贤野心勃勃，为了巩固权力，不惜与检控官洪海允（高海宁饰）结婚，以此削弱孝君及其妻王雪莹（张曦雯饰）的势力。[5] 海允与雪莹昔日是好友，雪莹却因要嫁入豪门，夺去海允的情人孝君。当旧恨与新权争交缠，兄弟反目、爱恨交错，令整个家族陷入一场无法停歇的权力游戏之中
