But limited by entertainment options, and TV channels, we tuned in daily to watch these shows, usually featuring excitable members of the public. From Knightmare to The Crystal Maze, Countdown, The Krypton Factor, Going for Gold, The Generation Game, Bullseye, even Run the Gauntlet.
