Jessica & Casey Jessica and Casey are always together and always full of energy. Their fellow ROTC members at University of Pennsylvania have nicknamed them the ""dynamic duo."" While getting an Ivy League education, these girls find time for volleyball, ballroom dancing, shooting with the rifle club, and many other activities. What they don't have time for is style. They want to do a fashion about face and walk into the ROTC ball in style.
