The sport-mad Halmshaw family are leaving Halifax behind to build a new life on the Gold Coast. Dad Nigel spent 17 years building his own, successful gym business, but he is starting from scratch, with wife Sally and their three teenage sons along for the ride. However, leaving loved ones behind and making new friends are just some of the hurdles they have to overcome.
