    Ainsley Harriott is joined by Alison Hammond and Aldo Zilli in the first episode of a new cookery series, which focuses on dishes that conjure up memories of holidays. Ainsley prepares spicy Seafood linguine with chilli and cherry tomatoes, Alison makes a Tunisian inspired lamb and cous cous dish, and Aldo gives a masterclass in making crispy chilli and parsley calamari. Finally, Ainsley also whips up a souvlaki and tiramisu.

Plus, the lovely Candice Brown reveals her take on a bar snack classic, with a ham hock and apple Scotch egg.

Plus, "BOSH!" chefs Henry Firth and Ian Theasby show Ainsley how to concoct their custard tarts for that Sunday sweet fix, before Ainsley finishes the menu with a rosemary and anchovy slow-roasted lamb with roasted roots.

He's joined by pal Brian Turner, who makes him classic sage and chicken cobbler from a family recipe. "EastEnders' and `I'm A Celebrity..." star Jessica Plummer drops by, while Ainsley knocks up the Lancastrian favourite: buttery Eccles cakes.

    Ainsley and guests are living the Life of Pie. His first dish, tarragon crusted chicken, leek and mushroom pie is perfect for all the family. Julie Jones, aka the Queen of Pastry shows off some crowd-pleasing decorations on her rhubarb pie. Alexandra Burke joins Ainsley while he makes her a traditional fisherman's pie, while Olly Smith looks into beers, with some great accompaniments for any kind of pie. Then finally, Ainsley puts his twist on a classic with his lemon and coconut meringue pie.

Olly Smith has hunted out the perfect wines for sipping by the seashore.
