    The Chinese use the word Chi to describe the power of our internal energy. Channels or pathways called meridians weave an intricate web throughout the human body. It’s the opening of these channels that gives Chi the freedom to flow. In this free flow of internal energy our body and mind find harmony and balance. Although you may begin the day in a state of composure, it is often disrupted during the day as you strive to accomplish so many different things. The meridians become blocked and clogged and the flow of our chi inhibited. The close of the day is an ideal time to realign ourselves with the flow of nature. It is this calming down that makes us more productive and allows us to truly enjoy our lives.
