There's trouble over at Mechana Package Pigeon Island - the package factory is not working properly, and packages are piling up! The Animal Mechanicals go to the Island, and discover the factory is powered by a hamster on a treadmill, except the hamster is not walking, because he's not getting his hamster snacks!
