谷口菜津子のマンガを原作とするロマンスコメディ。恋人のために手の込んだ料理を作り“恋人ファースト”な彼女を演じてきた故に自分を見失ってしまった女・山岸鮎美と、「料理は女が作って当たり前！」と思っている亭主関白思考な男・海老原勝男が、“当たり前”と思っていたものを見つめ直し成長していくさまが描かれる。鮎美役の夏帆と勝男役の竹内涼真がダブル主演。
