Bobby is unhappy with the decision to promote Jim and sets up a meeting with Joey to get answers, but a hangover after an all-night birthday party threatens his credibility. Jim is faced with a difficult client who wants more than what he is willing to offer, causing Bobby and Charlotte to question his leadership skills after some questionable behavior.
