Katie and Simon are greeted by Aretha and Rainbow, two Ashram groupies. They try to convince Katie to go back to the commune with them. After a brief visit, Katie ushers them out and decides that she and Simon need to completely recreate, in every detail, their first time together last Halloween. They try to find the Cadillac that they first made love in, but discover that it was sold to Nancy Hughes. They track Nancy down and persuade her to lend them the car for the night. Simon and Katie finally get to make love as husband and wife. At Lucindas house, Sierra and Craig argue over how to tell Lucy about Bryants death. Carly sees Jack arrive. He tells her that now is the time for her to be there for Craig. Carly comforts Craig and admits that she has feelings for him. Jack looks on as the two embrace one another. Rose faints when Paul expresses his love for her. Jack approaches Paul and informs him that James Stenbeck has returned to Oakdale and Barbara knows that he is in town. Jack requests that Paul not tell Barbara the truth. Rose looks on and confides in Mitzi that she is worried that Jack is spilling her secret to Paul. Jack assures her that he hasnt, but urges her to come clean with Paul. Rose approaches Paul. She freezes when Barbara arrives. Barbara wreaks havoc at the reception causing a scene between Craig, Paul and Rose. Meanwhile, Billy tells Jen that they cannot continue to see each other. He approaches Sierra about saying a few words about Bryant. Billy announces to Bryants family and friends that he will honor his cousins memory. Jen, confused by what to do with Bryants trust fund and upset by Billys decision, arranges to meet with Barbara. After the reception is over, Mitzi keeps Jack company at Als diner, Paul is suspicious of Barbara back at Fairwinds, and Carly stands by Craig.
