For the Miniatures the contestants must make 144 bite-sized petits fours, sablé hollandaise biscuits, fruit tarts and Miserables. Their Showpiece involves building a decorative chocolate structure to display 90 items of confectionery, calissons, marshmallows and moulded chocolates.
