Evacuation

Wojo is dismayed to discover that the city doesn't have up-to-date evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency; Fish meets Jilly Pappalardo, a young thief who he will eventually care for in the "Barney" spin-off "Fish."

Wojo ist nach dem Lesen des Katastrophenschutz-Handbuches völlig verstört. Um die Stadt sicherer zu machen, lässt er erst einmal die Sirene auf dem Polizeigebäude reparieren. Doch das Gerät funktioniert nach der Reperatur etwas zu gut. Weil keiner weiß, wie man das Ding abstellt, heult sie Tag und Nacht. (Text: Premiere)
