Betsy and her classmates visit the library and learn how it works. They learn all of the rules and regulations of the library as well. So when Betsy thinks she loses her library book, she fears the consequences. Mrs. O'Connor's class learns all about protecting the environment on "Earth Day". Betsy shows the class how to re-use things that you may think were garbage.
