In the 1960's, the CIA set up a department of Mind Control. They discovered a link between the Schulman Cavity, Tesla's discoveries of the 8.6 megacycle hum (that all life on earth requires in order for the brain to function), and the effects of the plasmasphere on our thinking processes. Manipulations of the EM fields are the medium through which it is believed that mind control is possible.
