KJR overhears B.B.B.'s dad telling his mom that he's going to "quit" and "close up shop." He mistakenly thinks he means they're shutting down the Bitery forever, and tells everyone in town what he heard. The townsfolk decide to try to help while pretending they don't know, so they visit the Bitery in droves and offer them snacks and well-wishes. B.B.B. notices everyone is acting strange and tries to find out the truth.
