1995年、1月。阪神・淡路大震災は多くの人の命を奪い、生活を破壊した。そんななか、磐巻組の工事所長・高倉昭は、JR六甲道駅を復旧すべく数々の困難に挑む。線路ごと崩落したJR六甲道駅を、ある奇抜な工法を用いて、わずか74日間で復旧させた男たちの物語。
