The eliminated contenders from Round Three are given another chance to advance to the semi-final round. Within 30 minutes, they must make bread without using an oven. Only two can be saved from the repechage. The semi-final mission is revealed. The contenders are assigned to 10 regions and must create bread that represents each region.
