Meryem’in Engin’le evlenmeyi kabul etmesi Kadir’i sarsar. Onu bu evlilikten vazgeçirmeye çalışan Kadir, hem Meryem’le hem de Engin’le karşı karşıya gelir. Meryem, Kadir’in kendisini neden bir yandan uzaklaştırıp bir yandan bırakmadığına anlam veremez. Kadir, Meryem’i korumak için sakladığı gerçekleri açıklamaya hazırlanırken Savcı Arif’in hamlesiyle köşeye sıkışır. Lale’nin kurduğu oyun da Meryem’i herkesin önünde zor durumda bırakır. Yaşananların ardından Cennet, Meryem’in İstanbul’dan gitmesine karar verir. Kadir Meryem’i durdurabilecek mi?
Meryem’s decision to marry Engin shakes Kadir to the core. As Kadir tries to talk her out of the marriage, he finds himself at odds with both Meryem and Engin. Meryem can’t understand why Kadir is pushing her away while at the same time not letting her go. Just as Kadir is preparing to reveal the truths he has been hiding to protect Meryem, he is cornered by a move from Prosecutor Arif. The scheme Lale has set in motion also puts Meryem in an awkward position in front of everyone. In the wake of these events, Cennet decides that Meryem must leave Istanbul. Will Kadir be able to stop Meryem?
A decisão de Meryem de se casar com Engin abala Kadir profundamente. Ao tentar convencê-la a desistir do casamento, Kadir acaba entrando em conflito tanto com Meryem quanto com Engin. Meryem não consegue entender por que Kadir a afasta e, ao mesmo tempo, não a deixa ir. Justamente quando Kadir se prepara para revelar as verdades que vem escondendo para proteger Meryem, ele é encurralado por uma manobra do promotor Arif. O esquema que Lale colocou em ação também coloca Meryem em uma situação embaraçosa diante de todos. Na sequência desses acontecimentos, Cennet decide que Meryem deve deixar Istambul. Será que Kadir conseguirá impedir Meryem?
