We follow investigative journalist Jeremy McDermott as he tracks down an Invisible who goes by the alias Memo Fantasma. Legend has it that in 1993, he stole a load of cocaine from Pablo Escobar and used that as his seed money to start his own hidden drug empire. He managed to get a free pass from US Law Enforcement by giving up his cohorts. He has morphed himself into a seemingly successful businessman with a construction empire, but where does the money come from?
