As a child, William Tompkins had his head in the clouds, almost literally. He had the unique ability to “fly” to secret location to scout designs for his models. Today, we call this act of flying, Astral Projection. Corey Goode recounts his experiences within the MILAB program where Astral Projection was a part of the training.
