Mrs. Ceperley still roams through the house that she loved so much in Burnaby, British Columbia. She cannot free her spirit. It may be that a broken promise keeps Mrs. Ceperley wandering the halls of her one time home. Grace Ceperley loved this house so much that she left an order in her will stating that her husband could only stay on in the house if he agreed that when he would eventually sell it, he would give most of the money to charity. She wanted the profit from the house to benefit no-one but charity.
